Return & Exchange Policy

General Return & Exchange Policy

1. Easy Returns & Exchanges

Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and applicable terms and conditions.

2. Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or wallet balance in the customer’s BulkAir account.

  • Approved exchange replacements are delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos for verification.

4. Special Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased during special sales, clearance offers, or promotional campaigns that include free gifts may not be eligible for return. Exchange eligibility will depend on the specific offer terms.

5. Reverse Pickup Charges

BulkAir reserves the right to charge a reverse pickup or return handling fee of up to ₹100 in cases of excessive, repeated, or misuse of return requests. This amount may be deducted from the refund value.

6. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged:

  • Innerwear

  • Personal care products

  • Perfumes

  • Masks

  • Sunglasses

  • Accessories

  • Other hygiene-sensitive items

For BulkAir Members

1. Extended Return & Exchange Window

Registered BulkAir members may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and policy terms.

2. Reward Points Policy

Any reward points earned, credited, or associated with an order will be automatically reversed if the order is returned.

3. Free Gift Policy

Products received as complimentary gifts are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned for refunds.

4. Orders with Free Gifts

Products purchased as part of a promotion that includes free gifts may be eligible for exchange only and not for return, to prevent misuse of promotional offers.

5. Return Handling Charges

A reverse pickup fee of up to ₹100 may be applied for excessive or repeated returns and will be deducted from the applicable refund amount.
